About This Plan

Every weekday (Monday through Friday) morning you will receive a text with a short message, calming task, and an affirmation to say to yourself. This can greatly help to boost self-esteem & confidence.

Peace is often tied to gratitude. Sometimes we don’t have what we want but we may have what we need. Or, we may have more than we’ve had previously. However, there is usually something to be grateful for, even if it’s just for making it through yesterday.


Cultivate gratitude. Today, take a few moments to reflect on the blessings in your life. Write down three things you are grateful for, no matter how big or small. Gratitude has the power to shift your perspective and infuse your day with positivity and contentment. 


I am grateful for what I have, and I will make room to receive even more by releasing regret and greed because they take up space. (Say it to yourself 3x. Preferably in the mirror)
