Services Available
Listed below are the services available and coming soon. Feel free to email us and suggest any updates or services you would like to see offered. All services are rendered virtually. Currently, we can only accept Medicaid insurance, with the exception of East Point.
Biopsychosocial assesments
This is usually the first step in the mental health process. It involves a full assessment of your biological, psychological, social, and medical history up to the point in time that you are seeking services.
individual therapy
Individual Therapy involves one-on-one sessions with a therapist to discuss your mental health. Your therapist will evaluate your case and collaborate with you to design a treatment plan and invite you to contribute to the development & achievement of your goals.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy works on specific goals in a group setting with others who are going through similar situations. A list of niche-specific groups currently offered isbelow.
Children's Coping Group
This group is geared toward children who are between the ages of 8-years-old to 12-years-old, We focus on using play and engaging activities to teach coping skills for anxiety.
This group will resume on September 13, 2023, at 5:15 pm
Teen With Self-Esteem Group
This group focuses on Teens who are working to develop self-esteem in today’s age of fast-growing technology and social media trends. This issue is often presented as an issue for young women. However, we hold space for young men as well.
This group will resume on September 13, 2023, at 6:15 pm
Melanated Magic
This group is designed to specifically hold space for black women (18+) who have experienced trauma and/or are currently experiencing life transitions.
This meets every other Wednesday at 7:15 pm.

"Knot" Stressed
Crocheting is a great coping skill to manage anxiety. It grounds you and forces you to be in the moment. Not to mention the beautiful creations that can help boost creativity and self-esteem.
This group will last 90 minutes 30-45 minutes will be an open discussion about stressors, while the other 45-60 minutes will be spent learning techniques and practicing them.
Proud & Loud (Adult Edition)
This group will be set up to specifically hold space for people in the LBTQIA+ community who are at least 18 years old. All members of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum are welcome to come, whether you openly share how you identify is up to you. This group will be led by an Ace/Demi-sexual identifying, and trans-affirming therapist.
Proud & Loud (Teen Edition)
This group will be set up to specifically hold space for people in the LBTQIA+ community who are between the ages of 13-17 years old. All members of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum are welcome to come, whether you openly share how you identify is up to you. This group will be led by an Ace/Demi-sexual identifying, and trans-affirming therapist.
case Management
We understand that though there are mental health situations that need to be addressed clinically, there may also be life stressors that need to be addressed. This could mean getting assistance finding a job, organizing your schedule, creating life plans, etc.

Morning Affirmations
Every weekday morning you will receive a text with a short message, calming task, and an affirmation to say to yourself. This can greatly help to boost self-esteem & confidence.

Workshops, Blogs, & News Letters
Newsletter: Starting in September we will be sending out a newsletter to include mental health information, resources, and community events to aid in destressing
Blogs: Blogs will be updated weekly starting in September discussing mental health
Workshops: We will eventually hold workshops to discuss important topics of mental health, relationships and self-esteem
Biopsychosocial Assessment

This is required at the beginning of your therapeutic healing journey. This is updated yearly.
Individual Sessions
$100
Individual Therapy involves one-on-one sessions with a therapist to discuss your mental health. Your therapist will evaluate your case and collaborate with you to design a treatment plan and invite you to contribute to the development & achievement of your goals.
Group Sessions
$55/session
Group Therapy works on specific goals in a group setting with others who are going through similar situations. A list of niche-specific groups currently offered above.
BASIC Therapy Plan
$175/month
Includes:
- 1 Therapy Session Per Month (Video)
- “Texting” sessions once per day on weekdays
- Additional individual session(s) (+$100)
- Additional Group Session(s) (+$55)
PLUS Therapy Plan
$275/month
Includes:
- 1 Therapy Session Per Month (Video)
- “Texting” sessions once per day on weekdays
- 2 Group sessions per month OR an additional individual session per month
- Additional individual session(s) (+$100)
- Additional Group Session(s) (+$55)
All unused session fees can be refunded or credited unless applied to a late cancelation/no-show fee.
